About the event
Welcome to The Midnight Dreary, an All-Comers race on a record eligible 400m track. This event is intended for anyone wanting to test their limits or to enjoy a fun, loopy, social event. We will have a full aid station, sponsors, and fun shenanigans.
We decided to create this event for two reasons:
1.) To provide an opportunity for All-Comers to race on the same track and experience the same luxury as elites do when they run The Raven, a premier 24-hour race in the U.S. designed for records and team qualifiers.
2.) To give All-Comers and opportunity to qualify for The Raven by either winning the 24-hour race, or by running a qualifying mileage.
We hope that you will come and cheer each other on as each of you will have a goal. Each of you will be aiming to see if you can go further than you have before, or to aim for a Team Qualifier, or to gain entry into another race such as The Raven. We will be there to watch you as you reach for your limits and conquer all you can.
